We design with seasonal, premium blooms to ensure longevity. You may request preferences (e.g., “pink tones only”) —
we’ll respect your request where possible, but we’ll also advise on what’s practical and long-lasting for the week.
We will replace it with blooms of similar or higher value.

Yes, simply notify us 3 days in advance.

Cancellations are allowed, but:
- refunds are prorated
- long-term discounts applied earlier may be reversed ( Per time charge will apply for delivered flowers)
