For customers requiring official e-Invoices:
1. Simply tick “Require e-Invoice” during checkout.
2. Enter your company details including:
- Company Name
- Business Registration Number / TIN
- SST number (if applicable)
3. Our system will generate the appropriate invoice documentation.

If duplicate payment occurs, please contact us immediately with:

Our finance team will verify and arrange either:

• credit adjustment to your Giftlab account.
If a refund is required, it will normally be processed through the original payment method.
Refund timelines vary depending on the payment channel:
• Credit card refunds: 7–14 business days
• FPX / bank transfer refunds: 2–5 business days
• E-wallet refunds: subject to wallet provider processing time.
In some situations, additional delivery charges may apply, for example:
• redelivery requests
• address correction after dispatch
• remote delivery locations
In such cases, our team will send a payment link or invoice for the additional charges.
Yes. If you selected Bank Transfer or QR Payment, your order will be placed under Pending Payment status.
Once payment is received and verified, your order will proceed to preparation.
