How It Works
Every RM1 you spend on Giftlab earns you 1 Reward Point, which you can later redeem for Giftlab vouchers to use on your next order.

Ways to Earn Points
Corporate Customers
We also appreciate our corporate clients who send gifts regularly throughout the year.
If your company enjoys credit terms with us, your Giftlab account will still earn Reward Points once payment is received within your agreed credit period (e.g. 14 or 30 days).
Our team will manually credit the points into your corporate Giftlab account once your invoice is settled — so you can enjoy the same Rewards privileges as our retail customers.
Points Validity & Expiry
Your points don’t expire as long as your account remains active.
However, if there’s no activity for 12 consecutive months, your points will be forfeited (your membership remains active).
To help you keep track:
- We’ll email you 1 month before your points are set to expire,
- A final reminder 1 week before expiry, and
- A follow-up email once the points are forfeited.
Redeeming Your Points
Redeeming your points is simple:
- Log in to your Giftlab Account.
- Go to My Rewards to check your balance.
- Choose your preferred voucher value and click Redeem Now.
- Your voucher code will appear instantly you can use it at checkout or save it for your next order.
Only one voucher can be used per transaction, and vouchers cannot be combined with other promo codes.

Just create an account on our website you’ll automatically join and receive 500 welcome points instantly!
Log in to your account and visit the My Rewards section to see your current balance and redemption options.
You earn 1 point for every RM1 spent. You can also earn extra points through referrals, social media actions, reviews, and promotions.
Once you’ve collected enough points, simply redeem them for Giftlab vouchers. Example: 500 points = RM15 voucher.
Points only expire after 12 months of inactivity. We’ll send reminders before that happens so you’ll never miss a chance to redeem.
Each voucher can only be used once and cannot be combined with other promo codes or discounts in the same order.
Points are calculated on the total order value excluding delivery fees, vouchers, or discounted items.
