Please note that certain lightweight items (such as Greeting Cards and selected small gifts) are delivered via courier
only and are available for delivery within Peninsula Malaysia only.

These items are not eligible for same-day delivery and are not deliverable to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).

If purchased exclusively within Peninsula Malaysia, complimentary courier delivery may apply subject to product
eligibility.

5. WALK-IN PURCHASES

We operate primarily as a preparation-based gifting studio.

Most items are made-to-order or prepared according to confirmed delivery schedules.

Walk-ins are discouraged unless prior arrangement has been made.

6. MIXED DELIVERY ORDERS

If your cart contains items with different delivery requirements (e.g. fresh flowers + courier hamper), delivery schedules may differ.

In some cases, separate orders may be required to ensure proper routing.

If your order contains lightweight eligible items and the delivery address is in East Malaysia, checkout will not be available as these items are restricted to Peninsula Malaysia delivery only.
